Good day there, When I entered my BitLocker encryption password, I received the message BitLocker drive encryption failed. In addition, explain that it could be due to insufficient media protection or that all conversion records are corrupted. I haven’t been able to use my external hard drive since, thus I’m in serious need of your assistance.

Step 1: On your Windows PC, download, install, and run BLR BitLocker Recovery.

Step 2: To continue, select the BitLocker drive encryption failed and press Next.

Step 3: To unlock data from a failed BitLocker secured device, enter the password or 48-digit BitLocker recovery key.

Step 4: Examine the information on the failed BitLocker encrypted device.

Step 5: To begin the recovery procedure, choose your files and then click “Recover” when they are found.

If some of the recovered files do not open, go to the Help menu and select “Revert decryption” to recover the data again.
